Okay, so things look a little different around the joint…and things sound a little different too. That’s because we have a new address! We are no longer living at https://icraved.wordpress.com – what a mouthful right! But we are now in our cosy home at http://bekcraved.com But even if you do enter the old email address I’ve been a doll and redirected you so you’ll end up here anyway!

But don’t worry, you’ll still be getting the riveting, odd, fitness and food etc based posts that I’ve been doing for over 6 months now. A fresh start is also the ideal opportunity for you to give me your 2 cents- what do you want more of, less of, blah blah blah. I’d love to hear feedback and I promise I’ll put it to good use.

I’m also in the midst of trying to get all my subscribers of my older icraved.wordpress.com website transferred to the new one (bekcraved.com) so it means less work for you! I’m selfless right? But if you want to help a girl out and since I have a terrible feeling that all my followers who have followed when logged into a wordpress.com website will be lost, why not just enter your email address and subscribe that way.

But if you don’t follow me yet and you’ve been meaning there’s no time like the present! Enter your email on in the allocated box on the right sidebar —>

And you’ll get plenty more of this rich content (ha who am I kidding) as it leaves my brain and makes it’s way into your inbox.

So all that’s really changed is that my bank account is a little less full, endless hours has been taken from me, I’ve had the pleasure of enduring many mini stress and anxiety attacks and hopefully you’ll get a better, more personalised and accessible blog every time you visit. It’s like I’ve given you an engagement ring, it’s my commitment to you that I’m serious about this relationship and I ain’t going anywhere!

If you see a few odds and ends here and there please be patient as I try to patiently iron out all the kinks as I make the transition. Or if you want me to love you forever, why not help me! Tips and tricks are warmly welcomed.

  • What do you want to see more of around Crave?
  • Have you got tips and tricks for self hosted blogs or when making the transition?

Daily Healthy Thought: I must remember that I’ll function better when I give myself ‘down-time’.

Good morning! Why does today feel like Monday, when it’s really Wednesday? I think it’s got something to do with the fact that all the holidays are over- normal gym hours & classes are back on, routine is back and Simon has gone back to work 😦

Since yesterday was a lazy day and my night mainly involved spending time with Simon, watching Jersey Shore 3 and getting noodlebox for dinner (indian for him) I hadn’t put together a post for this morning. So I’m being a little bit naughty and doing one while I eat breakfast. Multi-tasking? 😉

After looking back on the lessons I learnt during 2012 and countdown-ing the year for Crave– plus having time to think it over- I think I’m ready to sketch out a course for my life for 2013. The past couple of years I haven’t set any new New Year Resolutions or goals and have just continued the current things I was already doing. I don’t condone or believe about those wasted resolutions that end up only being a New Years Day resolution.

2013 New Year Resolutions & Goals

  • Continue my recovery and personal growth. Specifically being at peace with food and loving myself unconditionally.
  • Train in another Les Mills program.
  • Pass my AIM 1 for Body Step.
  • Graduate from university.
  • Blossom Crave into bigger and better things.
  • Continue living and loving my healthy lifestyle of a balanced diet and exercise.
  • Stop isolating myself and be social.
  • Travel to and explore Europe.
  • Be a better friend, daughter and girlfriend.

And with all this I want to Enjoy the year! Make memories, have laughs, smile and continue to be thankful.

These are all some pretty major things, some will come easily and others I’ll have to really work at. I look forward to a year from now when I will return to (hopefully) cross every one of these off! But for now, I’m not going to worry about that and instead live in the moment, and start to live out these resolutions and goals.
