So that’s what it’s like to sleep in! Ha.
My first Monday morning in over a month with no early mornings. But that also means no Body Step this morning 😦 However, I did get to do a bike and pump class this morning and a step class tonight. So I got my dose of good endorphins 😉 OH and I got a chance to do the new pump again- I’ll give it one more shot before I give you a review of Body Pump 83. I’ll also get reviewing on Body Step 89 also- you might even see it sooner than you think 😉
Today was a pretty non-stop day. I did some study and got everything ready for my first volunteer visit at my prac school tomorrow. Remember how I told you the bf had the day off today? And that we were going to picnic and do some stuff together, yup didn’t happen. He married his computer and I was productive- so that’ll have to wait to another time.
I’ve been very behaved today and did my calf and hamstring stretches. Proud? However, I’ve been letting the anxiety techniques slide and only did them once today- woops. I’ll get on that tonight though 🙂
Well, I better be off to have roast dinner! Hope you had a great day and got to do some of the things you wanted. (Ps. Sorry for the lame post, it’s hectic round here).
