Does anyone else have those days when they cook/prepare/pack something intended to be eaten later and then realise it was not the best choice? Hot soup on a blazing hot day? Probably not the smartest. My post title also gave me a little giggle as it reminded me of one of the bf and I’s favourite quotes from the movie Anchorman. Check it out here if you haven’t seen it or want a little giggle for your Friday afternoon. However, that didn’t stop me polishing off the bowl 😉

If you pay close attention to detail, or own a calender for that matter you may know that it’s Friday afternoon- meaning the weekend is upon us! Before I can even think about my exciting jam-packed weekend I’ve got a lot of stuff to get done tonight.
But let’s back it up a little first, shall we? I started my day off with a Body Pump and Cx class. I definitely think exercising is really the best way to start a morning- apart from breakfast of course 😉 After getting adequately sweaty I rushed home to get ready for my math tutorial at uni- great way to spend your Friday right? I can top it though- I’m at work right now and will be here for the rest of the day/night. Yup, I sure know how to celebrate my Fridays! But atleast I am lucky enough to get to blog to all of you lovely people.
I’ve got study to do, groceries to organise, cleaning, blog reading, eating and more cleaning/work fun stuff to occupy me for the rest of the time. Since, I’m not working tomorrow because of The Stampede– ahhh so excited, have you checked out the obstacles I’ll be facing?!- I’ve got to get a fair bit done tonight instead. Oh and incase any of you were wondering (you all were I know) my calves and achilles are feeling 82109893 times better! Rest, deep heat and stretching really is a winning combination. I was amazed that after teaching my second class last night (after failure to find a fill) I actually felt very little pain and felt better than after my first one that morning.
