Early morning Monday post coming atcha! 🙂 I’ve already taught a body step class so I’m full of energy. I am either dedicated or crazy because getting up at 5:20am for a 6am class is always torture- especially when you pick some drunken hunk up late the night before 😉
How was everyone’s weekend? What did you get up to? Well incase you missed it- I’ve had quite an eventful weekend.
- I rejoiced for it was Saturday!
- I got a bit cheeky and made up my own personal list of Superfoods.
- I shared lotsa piccies with you to document my day.
- Date night was a total hoot at Wagaya and Marble Slab.
- And, I tried my hand at some Almond Butter Pancakes.
But the fun doesn’t end there- I am getting wined and dined for lunch today at some place special. But this is all after I do a bike and pump class. I may even slot in another step class tonight but I’ll see how my body is and how study is going.
I’ve got two presentations due tomorrow and this has my stress and anxiety levels flaring, but I’m doing my best to deal with it rationally. I really cannot wait for it to be out of the way- after that I only have one more partner presentation (which will be a sinch) and some written assignments. However, those babies are biggies- but I’m sure I’ll manage 🙂 It’s just the presentations that always get me haha, which is silly but oh well.
Oh and I’ll give you an update on my anxiety techniques I’ve been using. As you would of read Saturday morning in my hypo-happy post, the techniques have been helping me stay positive- but get this, they also work in times of crisis. I had a slight emotional meltdown last night- so I stopped and did the techniques and voila! I felt instantly better. It really does wonders to centre yourself and rebalance. If you were hesitant to try them, what have you got to lose? If they don’t work then they don’t, but what if they do? If you need any help with the techniques, anxiety, ED or any issues please feel free to contact me 🙂 I’m not a professional in the slightest sense, but I’m always happy to chat, help or whatever (and I can often offer first hand experience advice!).
What is the most absurd hour you have exercised at?
