Yay! Time to celebrate because the weekend is upon us. How did you start your Saturday? Or has it not started yet? Well I woke up nice and early to team-teach a Body Step class and partake in a body pump after. OH, speaking of Les Mills programs- the workshop is coming up on the 1st of September and I can’t wait! It’ll be release 89 for Body Step! I hope they have good music and a kickin’ athletic ;) The atmosphere is always off the hook at the workshops because basically you have a room full of over-enthusiastic, fit and healthy, body step-loving Les Mills instructors! And this quarter it’s a super workshop so it’s going to be even BIGGER!
Since I didn’t eat prior to exercise I had a quick post-gym snack of my vanilla protein slice. I am really loving the convenience of grabbing an individually wrapped healthy slice out of the freezer when I need it :) Once I use all these up I think I’ll try a different type of protein slice (just to spice it up a bit)- hmmm ideas are coming from every which way! If you’ve got any great recipes or suggestions for a new protein slice- chuck it my way! I’m now at work and about to enjoy a sweet breakfast before getting started on my study.
Is everyone else being blessed with beautiful weather today? It looks slightly deceiving though because there is a chilly wind around too- but it looks good so that’s all that matters haha.

I’m feeling really great today- maybe it was those anxiety techniques I used in the car before coming into work- whatever it is, I’ll take it ;) I hope you all have a fantastic start to your Saturday and I’ll pop in later (with a promise of food photos haha)
